What do you do, when the child inside you...screams?
At one time, Max was a fun guy. A smile that could light up a room. A good friend, one who had your back. Not anymore.
Max was deeply in love with a sweet, amazing girl named Natalie. Then something happened. Something beyond bad. Something that tore Max’s heart out.
Now, Max drinks too much, ignores everyone around him. He wants an answer, he wants payback.
Camp Pathways is a team-building camp, one where groups of people come to learn more about themselves and the people they are close too. Or once were. Olivia is the owner, a heart as big as the redwood trees surrounding the camp.
Olivia invites a youth group that she enjoyed mentoring a few years back – Teens Teaching Through Theater: Sammy (Where’s my shirt!?); Lia (I’ll drink to that!); Riley (I am not a dyke!); Suzanne (Guilty, guilty, guilty)...and Sloane, Max’s old Hollywood-handsome buddy.
And, of course, Max, who says he ain't goin' – too much kumbaya crap for him.
Except he does go, because Sloane will be there, his bestest friend since kindergarten, who now appears to be his target.
Max, Natalie, Sloane, what really happened?
And in the midst of this suspense and mystery, demon babies raise their misshapen heads – each one of our mixed-up group are haunted by their own inner child. Things get strange, things get monster ugly.
This is a story of revenge, and the demons within.
